Bart's practice focuses primarily on environmental regulatory and litigation representation and counselling. His practice includes due diligence reviews, permitting, corporate, and real property transactions, and remedial activities and requirements imposed pursuant to the New Jersey Spill Compensation Control Act and Water Pollution Control Act. He also represents clients in federal Superfund matters, including representing entities named at Superfund sites by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
